Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Vacation Rental Booking, Customer Service, and Social Media Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of vacation rental bookings, including managing inquiries, reservations, and payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests before, during, and after their stay, as well as managing our social media presence and interacting with guests on social media platforms.
Compensation:
$12 - $16 hourly
Responsibilities:- Respond to all vacation rental inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and manage the booking process from start to finish.
- Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure our vacation rental properties are cleaned, stocked, and maintained to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues they may have before, during, or after their stay.
- Manage guest communications through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Manage our social media presence, including creating content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Interact with guests on social media platforms to build brand awareness and promote positive reviews.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and to identify new opportunities to improve our services.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, including but not limited to administrative tasks, guest check-in, and check-out.
- Experience in vacation rental management, customer service, and social media marketing is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with property management software, such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, is a plus.
