REQUIREMENTS:

• Leadership and good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to transfer knowledge to others.
• Excellent attendance.
• Self-starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits, effective at working independently.
• Safe working habits.
• Able to go to various customers’ location for sorting and/or repair.
• Must be proficient in all three classifications or you are subject to disqualification.
• Must obtain a forklift license.
• Must be available for overtime.
• Must have valid driver’s license

DUTIES:

• Subject to being placed in any position on the Production floor including all three classification (Insert, Demold, Off-line/Inspect/Repair.)
• May be transferred from one job to another within the same shift.
