Blaze Health is seeking a dynamic, experienced urgent care Nurse Practitioner to join our urgent care team at our Minnetonka Urgent Care clinic. Our urgent care Nurse Practitioner, in collaboration and consultation with the physician(s) and other team members provides treatment to all ages and families who come to the Urgent Care Center. In addition, the Nurse Practitioner acts as part of the treatment team and ensures the delivery of quality care and maintains professional competence.

Education

Master’s or higher degree in Nursing required.

Certification prior to the Masters’ degree requirement and current practice as a Nurse Practitioner in their area of specialization or documentation of current competency.

Experience

Two or more years’ experience in a Nurse Practitioner role preferred.

One or more years’ experience in area of specialization preferred.

Licensure/Certification(s) Mandatory

Current licensure as RN and APRN in State of Minnesota.

Valid DEA Registration.

Current medical staff credentials for level of training.
