ULTRASOUND/X-RAY TECHNICIAN
Join our Radiology team at Moab Regional Hospital!
Our Radiology Technician position:
You are a team player who is comfortable working independently providing diagnostic support for our patients through skilled use of imaging equipment including ultrasounds, x-rays and CT scans. Candidates with Sonographer qualification can be trained on the job in CT.
Minimum requirements:
- Prior experience in OB and abdominal ultrasound is required.
- Must be ARRT Certified.
- ARDMS certification preferred.
- Willingness to modify schedule to help accommodate time off requests.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and emotionally mature.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
- Ability to work in a confidential manner.
- Must enjoy working as part of a small team.
- Must possess high levels of self-motivation and -management.
- Must possess a positive attitude. Must by flexible and accept other responsibilities that may be assigned.
- Must be willing to relocate to Moab, if living outside the area.
- Must be willing to take some ‘on call’ hours.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

This is a non-exempt, full-time, benefitted position.
Anticipated schedule patterns:
- Nights - Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat 9PM to 7AM (10 hour shifts); Sun, Mon, Tues 6PM to 6AM (12 hour shifts)
- Weekend Days - Fri, Sat, Sun 9AM to 9PM
Starting pay range: $35-$45/hour, DOE and Boards.
A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with a 3-year service agreement.
