What you’ll achieve

The Senior Consultant Customer Trust will have the responsibility to support Dell’s Security and Resiliency Organization (SRO) and the Sales organizations of Dell to enable Dell products, services, and solutions to continually earn customer trust through security, resiliency, and privacy. In addition to your cybersecurity experience, you will bring an energy and passion for enabling the business and helping your Dell peers in the business to make operational and process control changes to build security, resiliency, and privacy into their business management systems.

You will:

  • Support the Sales organization of Dell Technologies responsible for the sales motion of all Dell Technologies products, services, and solutions security and general awareness, navigation, and integration with broader larger security and resiliency programs.

  • Supports the Customer Operations Business Unit Security Officer (BUSO) team by providing cybersecurity functional expertise to answer simple, standard, cybersecurity security questions and serve as the team’s liaison to the larger SRO Security and Customer Trust program leaders.

  • Supports the Sales executive leadership team by serving as a Security and Resiliency Business Partner to a senior executive leader and their direct reports and leaders.

  • Support customer engagements by telling the Dell security story and sharing with customers how Dell protects our customers and company by building security and resiliency into everything Dell does.

  • Collaborate with SRO Security and Customer Trust, Cybersecurity, Product and Application Security, Global Security Operations, and the Executive Briefing Center to ensure customers are provided an opportunity to engage with SRO executives through the SRO executive briefing program.

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities

  • Experience in a customer-facing cybersecurity or product security role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and executive presence.

  • Experience doing executive presentations and customer briefings

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field or Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree Experience doing executive presentations and customer briefings

Desirable Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) preferred

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2, or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA preferred

  • Team members who live within a one-hour commute of a major Dell site location will be considered hybrid and expected to be onsite a minimum of three days per week, while the other days can be from anywhere.
  • Team members who live more than a one-hour commute from a major Dell site location will be considered remote but may have the option to work hybrid should they choose to, with their leader’s approval.
