Bear Truss, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking Truss Assemblers to join their team in Commerce, MI!

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 5:00AM - 1:00PM

Wage: $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour Based On Experience

How you will spend your day as a Truss Assembler:

• Physical. Ability to bend, twist, squat and reach.
• Heavy Lifting. Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the work shift.
• Place truss pieces, chords, webs, and plates in appropriate position.
• Hammer plates secure in advance of pressing operation.
• Assist in pushing or pulling trusses from table.
• Clean up work area on a regular basis to avoid stepping on or tripping over scrap material.
• Maintain good communication with Truss Assembly Lead and other Truss Assemblers to have a cohesive and productive work team.
• Learn and apply appropriate safety regulations including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
