We are seeking a full-time Trucking Admin based in our Springdale, PA headquarters. This is a Monday – Friday position.

The Trucking Admin is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity primarily on the Trucking side of accounting.

Essential Functions:

· Prepare payroll for all drivers

· Monitor the EZ Pass account weekly for all company trucks

· Input Trucking AP invoices

· Complete billing for over the road loads

· Complete vehicle registrations for company vehicles

· Assist in Order Entry when other duties are complete

· Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalence required

Prior experience with trucking preferred

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Detailed oriented and high levels of organization

· Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· High level of confidentiality and discretion

· Ability to meet deadlines and determine priorities

· Knowledge in Global Shop Solutions a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
