Join the QCD Minneapolis family! Our drivers are responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of products to our Starbucks and Chick-fil-A customers.
What to expect:
Schedule: 4 shifts/Wk, approx. 10Hrs each
Schedule: 4 shifts/Wk, approx. 10Hrs each
- Dispatch: ~4:00 PM (Starbucks) or ~7:00 PM (Chick-fil-A)
- Additional workdays/ OT days available
- Component Pay + Paid Weekly
- Brand new 48' automatic Volvo tractor-trailers (reefers)
- Delivering/ down stacking product in-store via dolly or hand truck
Must be able to:
- Make local/regional deliveries in all weather conditions
- Downstack product in-store
- Work holidays & weekends
- Work independently (solo routes)
Perks Package -
holiday pay + 1.5x pay for all hours worked on holidays
- up to 48hrs of paid sick and/or personal leave after 90-days
- up to 30hrs of 'employee choice' holiday leave after 90-days
- 1 week paid vacation after 1 year; 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years (paid out @ quarterly avg. rate)
- medical/dental/vision coverage through Anthem, effective 1st of the month following 15 days of employment
- company contribution into 401k at 6 months; associates can contribute immediately
