Job Title: Treasury Services Coordinator

Reports To: Deposit Operations Officer

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing the timely and accurate set up and maintenance of Treasury Services for customers. The Treasury Services Coordinator will support all customers across all markets by serving as a subject matter expert for Treasury products, services and systems utilized. Responsibilities will include onboarding all treasury products and services for new and existing customers; collaborating with calling officers and operations to provide a seamless process for our customers; communicate effectively and work in conjunction with the Treasury Implementations Specialist to act as a central point of contact for the customer throughout the onboarding process.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains a clear understanding of the bank’s products and services to provide maximum support to prospects and customers.
  • Identifies and contacts customers and effectively assists in the establishment of depository accounts and treasury service products.
  • Maintains and assists users within internal programs for efficiency on all implementations. Programs include but are not limited to Weiland Account Analysis, both back office and front office portals, and HubSpot.
  • Handles new merchant relationships in a support role, from new merchant setup, implementation, follow up. Interacts with customers within the bank’s merchant portfolio by providing program support.
  • Provides excellent customer service to facilitate all banking needs and maintain the banking relationship.
  • Coordinates with operations to collect necessary documentation and information from customers to successfully complete the banking move.
  • Coordinates with implementations to maintain products/records/documentation, etc.
  • Assists in calls with calling officers to effectively demonstrate our Treasury products based on the needs of the customer. Calls may be in-person or virtual.
  • Prepares responses for RFP’s and RFI’s.
  • Prepares pricing proposals and comparative proformas for new and existing prospects and customers.
  • Handles new card program relationships in a support role, from new program setup, implementation, and follow up.
  • Identifies new treasury services opportunities with current customer base to grow product adoption.
  • Identifies referral opportunities for other bank services, such as commercial lending, merchant services, etc.
  • Follows up with customers during the 30, 60, 90 to ensure all services are meeting expectations.
  • Represent the bank in the community in a positive, friendly and professional manner through outside activities, social events, civic and industry boards, volunteering opportunities and other business development activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work with detailed information in an efficient and accurate manner, while meeting established deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in using Microsoft Office Tools, and the bank’s current software system.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • General knowledge of banking principles and the corporate cash flow process.
  • Friendly, assertive, service-oriented and enjoys working with others as a team player.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues making sound judgments.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Superior knowledge of bank products and services.

Experience Requirements:

  • Three to five years banking experience required
  • Requires a thorough understanding of all cash management services, benefits, features, and how products function.
  • Minimum of two year selling and/or supporting commercial and treasury management services preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office activity.
  • Requires mobility and travel.
  • Requires reliable transportation and must maintain insurance.
