PRIME HOUSE DIRECT is an online butcher shop family owned business, that specializes in selling premium quality meat throughout the country at event sites. Which are in the midwest,south, and east coast areas for our Truckload Division

We are looking for traveling reps to become Crew leaders .

Crew leaders are the faces of the company who go to event sites and sell our premium quality meat throughout the country. Typically away 4 days out of the week and are held on Wednesdays - Saturdays from 8am -6pm. All expenses are paid for by the company. In terms of your hotel, gas, and any supplies you may need or emergencies that come up we would take care of it.

Crew Leaders Responsibilities:

• Responsible for own company truck (26 ft truck)
• Oversee helper by giving proper training
• Send sales numbers every work day
• Making sure event site have a proper and neat setup
• Making sure truck has all supplies needed for event setup
• Showing up to event site on time
• Deliver great customer service
• Ability to SELL SELL SELL SELL

Crew leaders receive a base pay of $800-$1000/week + Commission

Depending on your experience and daily sales.

Crew leaders Must Have:

• Clean & Valid Driver License
• Dot Medical Exam/Card (we can help if needed)
• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Basic math skills

All Crew Leaders start as a Crew Associate

Crew Associate assists the crew leader with setting up for events and anything the crew leader may need assisting with.

Crew Associates receive a base pay of $800-$1000/week (no commission)

Depending on experience and daily sales assist.

All new hires will go through an approximately 1 week training program that will give you all the tools and information needed to become a Crew Leader. 2 days of class training and 4 days of field training.
