Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

Location: Lebanon, PA (USA)

Salary: $3600Weekly

Shift: 0700 - 1730 or 0900 - 1930

Job Description:

We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Lebanon, PA. As an Operating Room RN, you will work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the operating room, excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care of patients undergoing surgical procedures

- Anticipate and respond to potential complications during surgery

- Administer medications and anesthesia as prescribed by the physician

- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and satisfaction

- Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

- Assist in the training and mentorship of new staff members

Qualifications:

- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

- Minimum of 1 year experience in the operating room

- BLS certification is required

- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and be detail-oriented

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
