Overview:
- The Transportation Services Driver is responsible for driving DARPA personnel to locations within the National Capital Region (NCR).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transports DARPA personnel to locations as dictated by calendar/schedule of events
- Ensures passenger safety
- Report any incidents to Transportation Services Driver Lead
- Adhere to company policies and protocol.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
- Current, valid state driver’s license
- Secret security clearance
- Clean driving record with no serious moving vehicle operation violations
- High school diploma
- Good verbal skills to interact professionally with senior members of the Agency
- Must successfully complete anti-terrorism and evasive driving training.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with driving in the National Capital Region (NCR) and accessing the Pentagon Reservation, military installations and the various federal buildings in the NCR.
