Your mission

  • As a sales trainee, you will learn how to identify the needs and targets of our potential customers.
  • Together with the team, you will develop strategies on how to best reach our customers.
  • To expand our customer base in the DACH region you will proactively acquire new customers via phone, email and messaging from our office in Cologne.
  • You build personal relationships with leads and decision makers.
  • You passionately present our vision of good communication between company and users and our product to potential customers.
  • You convince leads of the quality of our customer messaging solution in the form of webinars, but also directly at the customer site.


Your profile

  • You have completed your university degree with a focus on communication sciences, economics, business informatics or comparable fields.
  • First professional experience in sales or a comparable area is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You convince through strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • You are characterized by a structured and goal-oriented way of working, the ability to work in a team and a high level of quality awareness.
  • You bring a high degree of initiative and motivation and are willing to constantly develop yourself and our processes efficiently. You are no stranger to a hands-on mentality.

What we offer:

  • An attractive annual salary between €36,000 and €60,000 gross including bonus
