Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Trade Show Coordinator to join our team and help plan, execute, and manage trade shows and recruiting events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary - $70,000/yr

Candidates must be local to the Baltimore area

Job Description
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events, including coordinating with vendors, securing exhibit space, arranging transportation and accommodation for attendees, and overseeing on-site logistics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with trade show organizers, vendors, and other industry partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure that trade show and event goals align with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses.
  • Oversee all aspects of exhibit setup and breakdown, ensuring that materials are shipped and received on time, and that the exhibit meets all requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate and participate in on-site events, including staffing the exhibit booth, managing the flow of attendees, and providing product demonstrations.
  • Provide post-event analysis and reporting, measuring the success of the event, and making recommendations for future events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
  • 80%+ Travel required around the United States. Lengths of Travel will vary.
  • When not traveling the position is based at our Head Quarters in Middle River, MD.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade show and event coordination, with a proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event planning software.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull to 75 pounds, walk, bend, stretch, and sit for prolonged periods.
  • Must have the ability to think clearly, speak intelligibly on the telephone and in person.
  • Must have good interpersonal and verbal skills in order to interface with vendors and employees.
