Exciting opportunity for a Masters Level or higher clinician/therapist to work for Mid-Fairfield Community Care Center in Norwalk, CT in partnership with Norwalk Public Schools to provide services to Spanish-speaking students who have recently immigrated to the Norwalk community!

The therapist will provide community-based therapy to recently arrived Spanish-speaking students. The clinician will be working with a Bachelor's level Care Coordinator providing therapeutic support in the school, in-home and in the community. Additional responsibilities include:

• Conduct clinical assessments
• Create treatment plans and review as needed
• Provide individual and family therapy to students
• Complete risk assessments and create safety plans as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary range $54,000-70,000+ based on credentials, experience and skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience providing therapy to children/adolescents and their families in Spanish.
• Experience in trauma-informed therapy is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday, 40 hours a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
