Touchstone Health Services is a Trauma Informed Care agency seeking for qualified candidates for our School Based Services Therapy position. Provide family, individual, and group therapy to children and their families via In-Person, Telehealth, or Hybrid modality. Training opportunities available to enhance your clinical growth. Supervision available for licensure. Licensure fees available.

Masters Level $55,000 to $62,500

License Associate: $60,000 to $75,000

License Independent: $72,500 to $85,000

• Provides outpatient family, individual, and group therapy for Touchstone Service service members utilizing best practices.
• Facilitates and participates in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings according to the AZ Practice Model.
• Conducts intakes, assessments, and reports as needed and assigned.
• Completes discharges and transfers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Completes all required clinical documentation and reports within 24 hours of the service date; updates service member documentation as appropriate to maintain an accurate Electronic Medical Record; maintains record compliance in accordance with regulatory and agency expectations including (but not limited to) assessments, demographics, consents, and treatment plans.
• Responds to crisis in a timely manner according to determined procedure.
• Acts as liaison between Touchstone and collaborative agencies.
• Maintains a case load of approximately 40 service members.
• Bills according to productivity standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health related field; associate license, independent license, or license in process preferred.
• Must possess a valid AZ Drivers License and have reliable transportation.
• Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Intermediate computer skills. Working knowledge of MS Office products or similar software, Internet, and email.
