We are a DBT practice, trained through Marsha Linehan's Behavioral Tech and maintain close adherence to her theory and principles.

This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. This position will primarily be responsible for providing behavioral health services to patients, primarily using the therapeutic modalities of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

Responsibilities:

• provide individual psychotherapy (hybrid virtual and in-person)
• lead and co-facilitate DBT skills therapy groups
• meet with DBT treatment team weekly to coordinate client care and grow clinical skills
• receive individual supervision in DBT
• receive group supervision in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) to support clients in Stage 2 DBT treatment (trauma reprocessing)
• conduct DBT phone coaching to individual DBT clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
