Romano Properties is seeking a part-time Tenant Service Coordinator to play a critical role in managing, resolving, and avoiding disputes with various State Agencies and handle multiple commercial real estate issues, including landlord leasing reporting directly to the Company President. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (may perform any and or all the following duties :)
· Prepare and negotiate tenant leases.
· Attend landlord – tenant court when necessary.
· Assist with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable & Timesheets
· Inspect all phases of construction for quality and specifications.
· Ensure compliance with all federal, state, city and county laws and regulations in construction and leasing matters
· Monitor and observe to ensure safety compliance with OSHA, MOSHA and the company standards.
· Assist with Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable & Timesheets.
· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Solid written and oral communications skills
· Quickbooks & Microsoft Ofice
· Strong project computer systems experience required (Microsoft Office products)
· Interpersonal skills.
· Leadership skills
Training Education and Experience:
· High school diploma with extensive experience, additional education and/or training (AS or BS degree) or equivalent experience required. Juris Doctorate a plus.
·Physical Demand and Work Environment:
· Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
· The employee must occasionally lift and /or move 40 or more pounds.
· Works outside and on construction sites.
Work Environment:
· Company Office, while performing the duties of this job, while on site the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment can be high as work may be performed near or on highways. This position is typically spending time on construction sites is usually minimal.
