Job Title: Provider Enrollment Coordinator

The Provider Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the front office duties as well as assisting with the provider enrollment process associated with commercial payers. They will assist the Provider Enrollment Specialists with their tasks, when needed.

• Provide Front Office duties: i.e., answering phone calls, greeting/directing visitors, handling mail, etc.
• Prepare and submit initial enrollment applications for contracted/commercial payers and send them to Enrollment Specialist for audit.
• Assist Provider Enrollment Specialists with Follow-ups on submitted applications to ensure accurate enrollment by obtaining effective dates of approval.
• Assist Provider Enrollment Specialists with any enrollment tasks, such as recredentialing, validations, etc., when requested.
• Update our MD Staff system daily with all provider enrollment information.
• Verify information on Health Plan Portals to ensure data is complete and accurate.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all providers, company, and other sensitive information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
• Assist in special projects and any other duties, when assigned by leadership.
