Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP, a Certified Public Accounting firm located in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, is hiring for a temporary imaging clerk. Responsibilities include preparing documents for scanning, scanning documents, filing, documentation of files already scanned, shifting files, destroying files scanned within documentation retention policies, and checking for quality. This is an entry level position requiring attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, lifting up to 50lbs, document information in excel, and keep things in alpha-numeric order. No experience necessary. 30+ hours per week. Position is available now until end of Summer.
