The Temporary Branding and Marketing Associate is a part-time role that will be responsible for carrying out all of the duties related to advertising, branding, and marketing. This role is also responsible for database management, CRM direct mail, and budgeting. This role is part-time in our Princeton office 2-3 days per week, and will start late July/ early August lasting about 20 weeks.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records for all aspects of billing via co-op claims.
  • Budgeting.
  • CRM data, reports and client gifting.
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Executing the creative calendar for the marketing department.
  • Assist in all marketing department administrative operations as needed.


Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs, high Excel skills required.


Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) OR College Degree (minimum)


Physical Requirements

  • Physical activity not limited to: reading, writing, walking, walking up and down stairs, standing, sitting, kneeling, lifting up to 25lbs.
