What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative & back office central operations duties (processing garnishments & levy's, CTR's, research projects, internal audit assistance, etc.)
- Provide an excellent customer experience by handling bank teller transactions (in person, over the phone, and over email)
Your Qualifications
- Any central operations & teller experience preferred, but we're willing to train for the right person!
- We need you to be detial orriented (see what we did there?)
- An ability to be approachable and communicate with team members across the company
- Self-motivation and critical thinking are key qualities we're looking for
Nice to Haves
- Branch and/or back office operations experience
- Knowledge of online banking
