Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Moving Room Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to our moving services. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to their inquiries about our moving services
• Making outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments for our moving consultants
• Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and policies to customers
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Documenting customer interactions in our database accurately
• Meeting weekly and monthly call volume and sales goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
