Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, e-mail, and other communication methods, contact prospective students to schedule appointments
  • follow up with them on a consistent basis
  • Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
  • Identify referrals and personally developed leads
  • Recruit students over the phone, e-mail and text messaging
  • Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven professional success preferably in a call center or customer service
  • Experience with telemarketing to new and established leads
  • A team player eager to be part of an ambitious team
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience/Education:

  • Strong, proven record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Creative and strategic thinker, proven ability to deliver ideas, not just tactics
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and in written formats

Role Qualifications:

Main Duties and responsibilities outlined below:

  • Reports directly to the Campus Director
  • Assist in the recruitment of students ensuring full and complete class enrollment on a semester basis
  • Update prospective student information in Diamond D computerized system
  • Conduct operations in accordance with administrative compliance requirements as mandated by New Jersey Higher Education and the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges
  • Other assigned tasks requested by the Campus Director and/or President
