Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, e-mail, and other communication methods, contact prospective students to schedule appointments
- follow up with them on a consistent basis
- Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- Identify referrals and personally developed leads
- Recruit students over the phone, e-mail and text messaging
- Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in a timely manner
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years proven professional success preferably in a call center or customer service
- Experience with telemarketing to new and established leads
- A team player eager to be part of an ambitious team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience/Education:
- Strong, proven record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Creative and strategic thinker, proven ability to deliver ideas, not just tactics
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and in written formats

Main Duties and responsibilities outlined below:
- Reports directly to the Campus Director
- Assist in the recruitment of students ensuring full and complete class enrollment on a semester basis
- Update prospective student information in Diamond D computerized system
- Conduct operations in accordance with administrative compliance requirements as mandated by New Jersey Higher Education and the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges
- Other assigned tasks requested by the Campus Director and/or President
