Seeking: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (Contractor)

As a speech language pathologist with Rehab at Home, you will have a support system dedicated to your success with each patient. We have a network from management to our office staff dedicated to your success with patients whose challenges range from communication to swallowing disorders.

Key SLP Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient evaluations and re-evaluations, which include:

• Assessment of prior and current level of functioning.
• Setting appropriate goals.
• Making appropriate discharge recommendations in accordance with standards of practice.

Treating patients with:

• Speech disorders.
• Hearing impairments that affect patient’s communicative ability.

Minimum SLP Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Licenses:

• License from the State of Texas as a Speech Therapist or a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Experience:

• Therapist’s level of experience will be considered into a decision regarding what responsibilities therapist may have with Rehab at Home Pediatrics.

Communication:

• Proficiency in English & Spanish
