DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time engineering position works during business hours.

As a Technology Product Support Engineer, you're responsible for acting as a liaison between customers as well as our engineering team to ensure customer needs are met and the correct SCI products are offered. You provide product support both onsite and remotely for integration, installation, training, and post-installation product issues. Working alongside our internal engineering team, you assist with complex production projects and internal product training.

Additionally, you develop and deliver product training at multiple customer locations. You also participate in the development of new products and applications as well as promote SCI products. REQUIREMENTS FOR A TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

n
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
n
• 5+ years of experience in the vacuum coating industry and working directly with magnetron cathodes, processes, and applications
n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
n
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically and internationally
n
