Capture 3D is seeking a motivated and strategic thinking Technical Sales Representative to join our successful, dynamic and expanding organization and represent our fully automated and manual 3D Scanning and Inspection solutions.

Our diverse customer base includes both OEM's and suppliers to the Automotive, Aerospace, Power Generation (propulsion and ground based), Entertainment and Consumer Goods supporting a range of manufacturing process including casting, forging, plastic mold injection, stamping, carbon fiber, additive manufacturing and machined components.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support existing accounts to maintain customer satisfaction as well as identify and derive ROI for additional system opportunities
• Establish and manage new accounts utilizing our sales process from initial contact through PO
• Implement an organized and structured methodology for weekly work schedule to call on and address prospects, identified potential opportunities and installed base customers
• Articulate technology capabilities and process benefits of our solutions, organization, and products via presentations, demonstrations, cost benefit analysis (ROI), proof of concept engagements, and service projects
• Meet monthly/quarterly/yearly quotas in your territory
• Communicate and update management on a regular basis
• Actively seek ways to continuously improve products and services, providing feedback to Product Management
• Update and maintain CRM software and produce daily/weekly/monthly status reports
• Other sales and account support related duties

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of technical related direct sales experience
• Capital equipment sales experience
• Ability to articulate technical information in a simplistic and concise manner
• Dedicated work ethic and willing to work the hours commensurate with the sales position
• Technical competence
• Excellent presentation skills
• Sound knowledge of PC uses and applications
• Willingness to travel 30%-50%
• Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Inspection/Quality processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
