Location: New Berlin, WI

Business Unit: AME Supply

Duties: The Konecranes Technical Leadership Development Program is designed for graduating engineers who are looking to join an industry-leading, team-oriented company that positions them on the fast track to advanced technical and business leadership opportunities such as engineering sales, design engineering, operations or manufacturing.

Two-year development experience: Over a two year period, the engineer will rotate through five of the major Konecranes engineering groups in the United States: service, engineered modernizations, parts, new equipment and global technical services.

Program requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership experience

• Engineering degree with 3.0+ GPA – electrical or mechanical engineering

• Relocation – each program section involves relocation withinthe U.S.

• Project completion – each program section includes a projectto demonstrate understanding of key learnings

• Mentorship – a mentor will be assigned for continued guidance and personal development
