• You are the main contact person of the customers regarding all technical inquiries for the products of the Value Stream Can, with the target to understand their processes and needs and to increase overall customer satisfaction
• Inspect complaints on site at the customer or in-house based on samples of evidence and relevant data as well as analyze and develop proposals for further use
• Check the technical usability of our products at the customer's site and advise the customer on technical matters or work out solutions to technical problems
• New and further development as well as optimization of products and manufacturing processes in close cooperation with customers
• Development and implementation of projects in close cooperation with customers
• Process and provide the necessary information for internal interfaces

• You have a university degree in the field of materials science, chemistry, physics, metallurgy or similar or several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience and knowledge of the Aluminium industry, especially of manufacturing processes, is an advantage
• You convince with your proactive, solution-oriented and motivating personality with hands-on mentality and assertiveness
• Professional working proficiency in English – German knowledge would be a plus
• You are willing to travel (approx. 40%) for trips within Europe
