Position Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to support and coordinate marketing projects in the dental division, that is directed at maximizing sales growth and developing Kuraray's technical & marketing division strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve company marketing efforts.
  • Report on market share reporting a well as reviewing websites, trade publications and social channels for competitive advertising promotions and brand messaging.
  • Assist with design and implementation of marketing campaigns and track progress with Managers and Specialist
  • Craft basic marketing copy for digital campaigns.
  • Set up campaigns in Salesforce.com, upload prospect and customer lists from lead generation campaigns, set up campaign reporting within CRM.
  • Assist with Marketing projects.
  • Organize Technical and Marketing industry events, communicating with tradeshow facility ordering items for event, ordering product in timely manner, signage, etc.
  • Organizing and ordering print materials such as flyers, literature and maintaining assets library.
  • This person will handle reporting of the Sunshine Act spending and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communication, Business, or relevant field
  • Two or three years of working experience
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and team player
  • Good written communication, knowledge of excel and PowerPoint for basic presentations and data collection.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dental marketing background
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, and design, and email marketing software
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)

The salary range for this role is $$52,452.48 - $68,000 annually.
