TEAM BUILDER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fingerprint clearance
• Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test
• Acceptable DMV record
• Driver License
• Working Vehicle, Auto insurance
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live interdependently in their own homes through our Supported Living and Independent Living Services. As a Team Builder, you'll recruit, hire and train new team members, participate in employee retention activities, work on company growth goals and build community.

JOB DETAILS:

The rate of pay at hire is $20.00-$25.00/hour based on experience and education. Full range is $20-$35/hr. Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm. Travel includes quarterly trips to some of our other offices in Northern California.
