LoHi Eats in Denver, CO is looking for one team member to join our growing team. We are located on 2550 15th St.

What’s the Pay?

The starting wage is $14.27 per hour + TIPS! We operate on a tip pool system, all tips are collected and distributed with each pay check. The amount of tips you receive is directly reflective to the amount of hours you work. If you work 40 hours a week, you will receive the largest portion of shared tips. If you work 20 hours per week, you will receive a scaled equivalent. Our employee’s working 30-35 hours per week are earning $22-25 per hour.

What’s the Responsibilities and Duties?

We serve crafted latte’s and coffees, smoothies, açaí, brunch and lunch items. Throughout the day you will make and prepare various drinks and food items to order. Our menu is structured to provide a smooth and efficient flow of service for both the customer and employee. Along with providing service to customers, we also prep small batches of sauces, portioning products, following simple recipes to ensure quality and standards. Cleaning and Organization are essential, although simple, it must be done. In a shift you will sanitize bathrooms, take out trash, sanitize work surfaces, sweep and mop, along with other small and fast cleaning tasks. Customer Service is key to thriving in this position. Customer Service isn’t only applied to working a cash register, here it is applied to all aspects of the job, from taking an order, preparing and serving it, too cleaning, stocking and organizing. These all provide the best quality and service to our customers.

What’s the Catch?

We are looking to fill 2 Full-Time Positions! These shifts would ideally be 4 days on, 3 days off! Our store is open from 7AM to 3PM, so the shifts would be 6:30AM to 3:30pm! NO LATE NIGHTS! We do offer flexibility in our scheduling, so all applicants welcome. Training is provided over the course of 2 weeks, hands on, with the Store Manager. Experience is not required.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.27 - $25.00/hour.
