What will I be doing?
As an Outbound Team Lead you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Develop and Train Outbound Vacation Advisors to ensure the understanding of basic/advanced sales techniques, HGV product knowledge, policies and procedures. To assist in executing the overall team production plan and help provide direction for Team Members with emphasis on increasing package sales while ensuring that the team is living the HGV values and providing our guest with the most exceptional experience.
Essential Functions:
- Support Sales Supervisors of approximately 20 vacation advisors to meet sales goals.
- Train and motivate Vacation Advisors to follow HGV sales processes, policies and procedures.
- Reinforce training and coaching team members on the proper package sale guidelines and details.
- Assist team Supervisors with tracking and maintaining the day to day team goals.
- Monitor and “phone feed” team members to help improve efficiencies and sales techniques.
- Take over calls when necessary to assist with the sales process or provide a second voice to close the sales
- Monitor agents from training purposes on closing, setup and objections and rebuttals.
- Maintain a positive, inspiring and motivating attitude and demeanor.
Supportive Functions:
- In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
- Maintain an upbeat, positive and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with guest, Team Member and management.
- Work closely with the team supervisor, Shift Manager and Director.
- Conduct and submit the team monitoring requirements on a timely basis as set forth by management.
- Maintain a highly motivated work environment through positive reinforcement and coaching.
- Promote HGV’s Values at all times.
