Job description
What you get to do:
- Assists management in supervision with planning, directing, organizing in areas of employee scheduling, training, food ordering and equipment.
- Assist in overall operation of the unit assigned.
- Familiar with HACCP and safety program.
- Maintain money and sales information for audit and balance
- Follow proper cash handling procedures, as defined by the Cash handling Policies
- Perform other duties as needed according to business needs
What it takes to succeed:
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work a flexible schedule (Includes: Weekends, holidays, catering events and evening hours)
- Should be able to lead and develop employees in daily job tasks
- Provide outstanding Guest Service
- Good communication and math skills, and be able to work with cash
- Able to complete a Food Mgr. certification and pass the exam
- Ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs. on frequent bases depending on location
- Engage in extensive walking and standing
- Frequent bending from waist to floor, kneeling, squatting, simple hand grasping work and fine hand manipulation (computer work/typing, writing).
- Occasional overhead reaching and climbing stairs and ladders
- Work environment primary outdoors in weather conditions (high heat/humidity, wet weather conditions and occasional temperatures -30 degrees)
- Learn and effectively use Point of Sale Systems (cash register)

- Pay rate - $13.00 per hour
