BEOS Logistics is part of Swiss Life Asset Managers. The Berlin-based investor-developer was founded in 2020 as a joint venture between Swiss Life Asset Managers, Ingo Steves and Stephan Bone-Winkel. The company develops both build-to-suit and speculative high-quality logistics facilities and revitalises brownfield sites – including warehouses, distribution centres, city logistics facilities and intelligent combinations with corporate real estate. Thanks to its developments in Germany and other European countries, BEOS Logistics facilitates sustainable supply chains, ensures security of supply and promotes digitalisation.

In Ihrer Rolle als Team Assistenz & Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d) tragen Sie wesentlich dazu bei, BEOS Logistics bei seinen Geschäftsaktivitäten durch einen effektiven Marketingplan umfassend zu unterstützen und die täglichen Marketingaktivitäten der europäischen Region zu koordinieren. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie den Managing Director der BEOS Logistics und sein Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Die Rolle fungiert als Schnittstelle zwischen dem BEOS Logistikteam und allen externen und internen Besuchern.

Unterstützung unseres Teams in allen organisatorischen Aufgaben ihrer Projekte: z.B. bei der Erstellung von Angebotspaketen und Präsentationen, Korrespondenz zu Kunden, Behörden und anderen Kontakten. Regionsspezifisches Marketingmaterial

Unterstützung im Bereich Presse, PR & Media Relations: z.B. Verteilung von Pressemitteilungen, Artikel-/Interviewmöglichkeiten, Speaker-Slots in Abstimmung mit lokaler PR-Agentur

Überprüfung aller Marketingmaterialien hinsichtlich der Unternehmensmarkenrichtlinien

Pflege und Aktualisierung der aktuellen CRM/Sales Force Datenbank und weiterer Datenbanken

Reiseorganisation für das BEOS Logistics Team
Expertise

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrungen, idealerweise als Assistent/-in oder als Marketing Coordinator

Projektorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Zeitmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (verbal und schriftlich)

Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab

Exzellente MS Office Kenntnisse

Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
