Job Overview
The Center of Support Distribution Operations Administrator will be responsible for executing tactical initiatives for off-day delivery, small store merchandising, distributed order management (DOM), UPS, roadie, and last-mile provider programs. Additionally, this role will help support The Center of Support and Field training for newly implemented distribution processes that enhance productivity while supporting the Manager of TCOS Operations on broader company projects.
Duties & Responsibilities

Identify, create, and maintains Roadie, and last mile provider, review process to detect trends and support efficiency improvement and remove waste
*

  • Leads small store merchandiser check-in improvement for the field and gap reporting.
  • Leads off-day delivery fee reporting, efficiency improvement, and training rollout for field partners, and The Center of Support (TCOS)
  • Supports leadership on critical initiatives and projects for The Center of Support
  • Leads the UPS invoice correction process to identify waste and expenses
  • Liaises with The Center of Support and field training for new processes and software
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance statements

Minimum Qualifications*

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
