Two Vintners was founded in 2009 with a partnership between an acclaimed young winemaker, Morgan Lee, and the owners of Covington Cellars, David and Cindy Lawson. Our willingness to do the unpopular but delicious has guided the brand as we have progressed, and this has helped us create wines that you won’t see anywhere else.

With a newly renovated tasting room in Woodinville, Two Vintners & Covington Cellars is seeking Tasting Room Associates to add to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working on a team, collaborating with peers, and bringing a positive and fun experience to our guests. Additional characteristics would be enthusiastic about wine, sociable, a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to time manage efficiently on high volume days. Previous wine pouring experience, or wine knowledge, is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent (required).
• Work authorization (required).
• Must obtain Food Handler’s permit and MAST-12 permit upon hire or provide proof of previous certification (required).
• Previous experience in a customer service role, such as restaurants or hospitality (preferred).
• Can walk/stand for considerable amounts of time.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pour wine for guests and educate them on the brands history, wine styles, and winemaking techniques.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including wine stocking, inventory, cleaning, and reconciling.
• Present and sell Wine Club memberships.
• Process customer transactions, including Wine Club account look-up and management.
• Package purchased wine.
• Maintain high professionalism with guests, while providing outstanding customer service to create a positive and memorable experience.
