Hobbs Brewing Company is seeking a motivated, passionate Tap Room Associate to join our Hobbs family. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in craft beer and willing and excited to learn and grow with us. Ability to work weekends is required, as this position will be the primary Associate for our full-service Tap Room. This is a part- to full-time position, with the opportunity to work some hours in our craft beer production facility as needed, and is a great opportunity for a hard working and self-motivated individual to learn alongside our head brewer, taproom and sales staff and develop a career in the craft beer industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving beer, speaking knowledgably about our products to customers, and running the POS system
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in the taproom
• Assist on special event days (concerts, festivals, etc)

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience tending bar or in service industry is valued but not necessary (pouring beer only, we do not serve liquor or mixed drinks)
• Experience working in craft beer preferred, but willingness to learn and interest in the industry is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
