Your main tasks

• Commercially operating our oil/chemical tanker fleet

(Post-Fixture)

• Providing vessel’s command with voyage instructions, if

required by nature of trade

• Supervising bunker orders (occasionally)

• Supervising vessel’s employment in accordance with

charter parties / governing international rules and

regulations / oil mayor requirements

• Point of contact on operational matters for vessel’s

command

• Point of contact for charterers and/or pool operating

managers and agents

• Continuous liaison with other in-house departments

(such as technical shipmanagement and finance)

• Administrative tasks such as electronic filing, invoicing

Your profile

• Qualified shipping apprentice and/or

higher education

• Previous working experience in tanker

operations or equivalent fields

• Proficient knowledge of oil and chemical

cargoes (IMO II and IMO III), their tank

condition requirements and along with

knowledge of daily commercial tasks when

operating a tanker vessel

• Knowledge on tanker charter party terms

and bill of ladings

• Knowledge on interacting with Charterers

and Agents

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Very good command of the written and
