NTA, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer with experience in systems and software development, testing, and documentation supporting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Programs at the Combat Capabilities Development Command Center (CCDC AvMC) on Redstone Arsenal. Duties will include coordination across the organization with multiple team members, providing engineering support for the analysis, design, integration, test, and evaluation of existing and emerging weapon system components for the Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office.
Education and Experience: :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution; Master's or a PhD degree preferred
- 3 + years of experience
Required: :
- Department of Defense (DoD) technical experience
- Experience with design requirements and technical recommendations
- Software development, testing, and documentation experience
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and processes
- A high level of computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Desired: :
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills, a team player, and able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience with impacts of software and hardware design changes
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Testing
- Experience with Python
- Project Office experience
Applicant must have a current security clearance or be able to obtain a security clearance through a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required.
