Job Title: Systems Admin
Location: HYBRID- Marlborough MA
Salary: $85-$110k DOE

We are proud to enable hospitals, practices, payers, public health agencies, and EHRs to access and manage multiple value-based care models across all available datasets to garner important insights in real time, personalized at the point of care. We need a qualified Systems Admin to tackle the installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of corporate server, network and application infrastructure. Applicants must be local to Marlborough MA, able to come in a couple of times a week, as well as go to the Data Center in Somerville MA.

What You Will Be Doing
Install, configure, maintain corporate server infrastructure (mixture of virtual and physical servers)
Monitor network to ensure high availability, maintain/ administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
Troubleshoot problems reported by users, perform database management, maintenance, monitoring
Develop, maintain, monitor procedures for server backups
Assist in supporting corporate desktop computing environment, support corporate desktop computing environment
Assist with SOC II Audit
Set up new employees with laptop buildouts
Monitor network to ensure high availability, maintain/ administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations

Develop, maintain, monitor procedures for server backups

What You Need for this Position
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, technical field, or equivalent experience
5+ yrs relevant work experience
Experience with the following: relation databases (SQL Server); backups, SQL queries, etc, core TCP/IP networking principles and key protocols
In-depth knowledge of Windows Servers in active directory environment, SAN storage experience
Virtual server technology (VMWare preferred)
Cloud Computing technologies ( AWS preferred)
Network & Firewall experience (Preferably Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls)
Provide evening/weekend support as needed to accommodate production schedules
BONUS skills:
Server/Network Security principles and practices
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Experience working in Healthcare IT
Experience with high-availability systems
Knowledge of clustering and web farms
Microsoft MCSE certification
