Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Acts as a general switchboard operator; answers, places and connects calls; answers VMMC related questions; Acts as an answering service, triages calls and relays messages to a variety of populations; Performs clerical duties; and Dispatches services as needed.

This position provides prompt courteous service using increasingly complex and varied communications skills with internal and external customers.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Acts as a general switchboard operator; answers, places and connects calls; answers VMMC related questions; Acts as an answering service, triages calls and relays messages to a variety of populations; Performs clerical duties; and Dispatches services as needed.
