Citi is looking for a strategic professional to own the development and maintenance of one of Citi’s key resolution metrics, specifically Resolution Liquidity Execution Need (RLEN). The role is part of the Recovery and Resolution (RRP) team within Treasury, which is responsible for developing balance sheet and liquidity projections for the firm’s Resolution Plan.

This role requires excellent communication skills to clearly articulate requirements and provide guidance to varying levels of staff, including senior stakeholders and regulators. The successful individual will also have significant interaction with technology teams and subject-matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing development of Citi's resolution metrics, which includes liaising with key stakeholders to identify, document, and test requirements
• Execute testing scripts to ensure the requirements provided to technology have been correctly implemented in the Resolution Metrics Calculation tool
• Partner with global treasury teams to enhance the operational and governance requirements associated with producing the Resolution Metrics from Citi systems
• Ensure data output from Citi systems matches Citi’s strategic source systems (e.g. general ledger system)
• Participate in the development of narratives required in the Resolution Plan submissions to Regulators.
• Prepare and develop materials for meetings with senior management and external bodies related to Citi’s Resolution Metrics
• Interact with various partners, including risk, technology, governance, etc. to drive various initiatives and processes
• Liaise with model risk management on ongoing maintenance and development of model documentation and support materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
• 10+ years of experience working for a financial services organization
• Working knowledge of key liquidity metrics, and ideally resolution metrics
• Experience with effectively analyzing metrics for various different entities and ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Thorough knowledge of key database systems and reporting platforms
• Proficiency with standard analysis tools (Excel / Access / SQL)
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge fundamental Balance Sheet and P&L
