WHAT YOU'LL DO
Combating the climate crisis is a defining challenge of our time. At BCG, we recognize the urgency to

global agenda through thought leadership, and managing our own environmental impacts.
BCG has been carbon neutral since 2018 and has since committed to achieving net-zero climate impact
by 2030. This includes validated science-based targets and a commitment to remove our remaining
footprint with the most effective nature-based and engineered solutions by 2030.
The Sustainability Transformation Senior Analyst will join BCG’s Global Internal Sustainability Team
to develop and implement internal carbon reduction efforts to help BCG meet its science-based targets
on its journey to Net-Zero.
The Sustainability Transformation Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Supporting and enabling our leaders across our business units as part of a TMO
drive disciplined execution.
- Tracking and analyzing progress on emissions targets and reduction initiatives for BCG, its units and
- Designing and driving global initiatives to help increase accountability and incentivize behavioral
- Designing and deploying interventions, nudges, and tools to help embed CO2 as an additional lens in
- Setting up and driving change management and communication programs to inform, enable and
- Capturing, codifying, and sharing best practices, learnings, hero stories, and driving towards continuous
- Teaming with and integrating efforts with other key enabling change initiatives inside BCG
YOU'RE GOOD AT

- A self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to progress

- Strong and independent problem solver, able to conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 5-7 years of work experience (or 2-4 years of consulting experience)
- Strong interest with climate action and sustainable transformation (experience welcome)
- Experience in corporate transformation, program & change management
- Proven track record of ability to creatively approach problems and drive toward solutions
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Global Sustainability Transformation Director. Primary team members include
all members of the Internal sustainability team (Sr Director, Director, Managers and Secondees).
Regular engagement with internal and external stakeholders as specified above.
