Supported Employment Specialist
Up to $43,600/year
Full Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:
We are currently looking for a Full Time Job Coach to join our Team to provide oversight of vocational programs, as well as supported Employments Services, and serve as a job developer/activity planner for individuals with developmental disabilities.

What We Need:

• Someone with a passion for working with and teaching/training individuals with developmental disabilities
• Effectively collaborate with Assistant Job coaches and Consumers meeting the needs of enclave partners and consumer training in a community setting
• Attention to detail in documentation of time studies and vocational assessments of trainees
• Strong communications skills when working with both consumers, their families and the outside community
• Experience in vocational training in areas including: teaching, manufacturing, food service, janitorial, clerical, automotive detailing, pack & ship preferred
• BA or BS in relevant field
• Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years).
• Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility) and provide proof of vaccination.
