CTR Management Group, LLC is seeking a qualified CICOM Space Support Specialist to support our Federal Trade Commission (FTC) client providing Move & Space Management Support Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following:

  • Use ServiceNow software system to monitor, generate, and process work orders in a timely manner for the CICOM process allocating space for all FTC new hires and/or internal moves
  • Investigate and edit work orders as needed for accuracy
  • Transfer and input data from ServiceNow to the various FTC software programs
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports to Executive Director, EEO, HCMO, OCIO, Security, and OCASO
  • Compile, develop, and generate weekly orientation schedules
  • Correspond daily (via email or phone) with local and Regional Administrative Assistants, IT Technicians, movers, and other contractors to reserve available spaces in FTC local and Regional facilities, per vacant locations listed in the system or slighted for availability
  • Update all FTC personnel records monthly ensuring the network account access and facility access badges remain active
  • Create, execute, and distribute standard or dynamic reports upon request

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to organize and track a broad range of activities with varying levels of complexity, priority, and timelines, with high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively with a group and independently, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously and on tight timeframes, while also managing shifting priorities
  • Ability to maintain focus and dedication to completing repetitive data entry tasks quickly with high levels of accuracy
  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing and escalating issues
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, and written and oral communication
  • Familiarity with using ServiceNow software system to allocate space
  • Ability to create, execute, and distribute standard or dynamic reports
Requirements:

Job Requirements & Experience

  • 1-3 years of space and facilities administrative or management experience
  • 1-3 years of experience using ServiceNow to process service requests (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of federal experience (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, and Teams), with strong skills in Excel and Word

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 90% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity types of machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • Frequently moves boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the office for various needs
  • Occasionally ascend/descend stairs, ladders, or ramps.
  • The noise level may be loud at times.
