Your mission
- You communicate with existing and potential new customers mostly via chat and e-mail and occasionally by phone.
- You are responsible for support requests and manage them until a solution has been found.
- You cooperate with your colleagues in Account Management, Product Management and Sales and improve our product by sharing customer feedback and your own user experience with the team.
- You will help us to continuously improve our support processes. For example, by maintaining and creating support relevant content.
- Depending on your preferences, you can specialize in additional support fields such as Data Privacy Support or Tech Support after some time.
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, preferably in customer support (B2B).
- You have a confident vocabulary, both written and spoken, in German and English.
- You are communicative and a real people pleaser with a friendly and open manner.
- You are able to empathize well with individual problems of our customers and approach them in a structured and solution-oriented way.
- You stay in a good mood even in difficult situations
- You have an affinity for software - programs or perhaps have already been able to gain some experience in the IT Industry.
