About Our Team

We specialize in U.S. customs clearance services with U.S. customs broker license and professional customs clearance teams. Our services include but not limited to Formal Entry (Air and Ocean) and T86. We have several CFS warehouses and FTZ bonded warehouses located at LAX/ JFK/ ORD/ DFW/ MIA to support all business needs. We provided customs clearance services to thousands of enterprises over the past 6 years. We are launching worldwide business and will cover Europe, Asia, and South America. Job Description:

Our company is looking for a full-time experienced Supply Chain Specialist to be responsible for handling and managing the flow of services and operations in our headquarter office (Vernon, CA). A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain process, have some previous project management experience, or logistics management experience.

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes that optimize efficiency, reduce cost, and improve the quality of services.
  • Coordinate with the customs and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve and suggest best course of action to supply chain management.
  • Work with IT team for Supply Chain ERP system implementation, ensuring needs from cross-functional teams are met

Required Skills:

  • Degree – BA/BS in Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Advanced/Expert MS Excel skills (Required)
  • Project Management experience
  • Logistics work experience (Preferred but not required)
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with detail orientation
  • Great communication skills
  • Language: Mandarin and English proficiency required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
