Role : Supply Chain Manager

Located in Phoenix, AZ

Note: The role is hybrid currently (but soon to be in the office completely)

Summary

5 to 7 years’ experience in either Supply Chain / sales and Operation and program management. Heavy customer and or supplier experience required. Must be focused on building relationships, internally and externally, while driving corporate goals. Creative and positive mindset required with a desire to contribute to, initiate and or manage continuous improvement projects. Knowledge of Vendor Managed Inventory programs a plus but, not necessary. Demonstrated negotiation experience including contracts review & modification.

Responsibilies not limited to:

• Identifying and driving opportunities that ensure the program is setup to successfully to achieve our priorities and drive the growth in the businesses we support.
• This role will support Strategic Business Unit’s strategies and functions that position the org for success such as: supply chain strategy, inventory optimization, supply chain transformation, etc.
• Plans/manages VMI program or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
• Is a key interface with Strategic Business Units and the program.
• Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service.
• Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule.
• Assesses risk and identifies issues.
• Monitors progress against schedule.
• Coordinates resources with other functions.
• Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
• Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work.
• Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Lead Sustainability efforts and leading QVR meeting and follow up

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration or related experience.

5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing or Commodity Management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45.00 - $49.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
