Analyze inventory data, mapped workflow, calculate data processing time and remove unused inventory data, reducing process time to kick off capacity planning activity. Create process to streamline backlogs, prioritize use cases, and collaborate with software developers, reducing development cycle time by a week. Collaborate with commercial operations and IT partners to develop scalable solution that integrates customer data on cloud platform, making reports available 24/7. Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business use-cases, managed offshore teams, acted as single point of contact, ensuring go-live on time. Frequent travel to unanticipated client locations mat be required.
